Step 1: Select the optimal lancing site. Clean the site with an antiseptic swab and allow to air dry;

Step 2: Open the blister package and take out the safety lancet.

Step 3: Place the lancing device against the baby’s heel and activate by pressing downward on the button.Then collect the blood sample.

Step 4: Discard the used lancet device into an appropriate container.
